About Dr Marhaf

I was born in Aleppo Syria and graduated from Medical School/ Aleppo University in 1997.

Soon after graduation, I was fortunate to travel to the UK and Ireland to commence my training in internal medicine.

I completed my training in 2002, obtaining a certificate of completion from the Irish College of Physicians.

I returned to the UK to conclude my GP training in Scotland, which eventuated with a UK joint Committee Certificate in General Practice (2005) and  a Membership of the Irish College of General Practice MICGP.

Between 2005 and 2011 I was delighted to have the opportunity to work in multiple clinics throughout the UK and Ireland.

In 2011 I moved to Perth Australia and received  my FRACGP.  I began working within a General practice

In 2017 I started my very own clinic single-handedly in Girrawheen Perth, and continued working there until moving to Sydney.

I have a special interest Chronic Disease Management, Mental Health and Men's Health.

Outside of Medicine my interests include Sport, Rugby and Soccer - "You'll Never Walk Alone".
